Our filling lines are designed to work with a wide range of bottles. We offer production batches starting from 350 bottles per color, supported by consistent process control. This allows us to achieve accurate fill levels, precise labeling, and reliable batch-to-batch results across different product types, with 99% accuracy.
Because filling is part of our manufacturing process, we perform incoming packaging quality control on each batch and can support inventory planning and storage. Once the product is filled, we take full responsibility for formula stability and finished product quality.

Yes. We perform stability tests for all our products, along with a full safety assessment. Most products are confirmed to remain stable for 36 months, with some exceptions of 24 months. Please note that bulk products should be filled into finished packaging within 6 months to maintain stability and the stated shelf life.
